This digital asset infrastructure operates under strict institutional security protocols. The proprietary metrology and physical engineering architectures contained within the encrypted vault are exclusively protected under the Delaware Uniform Trade Secrets Act (DUTSA). A formal digital signature and non-circumvention attestation are legally required to authenticate entry, track forensic access, and view the commercial data.
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Aether Research Group, Inc. (A.R.G.) ("Disclosing Party") and the undersigned entity ("Receiving Party").
WHEREAS, A.R.G. maintains absolute monopolistic control over the V_L3S framework, anchored by immutable mathematical constants and governed by the foundational disclosure recorded at Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21008398;
1. DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL METROLOGY
"Confidential Information" shall mean any and all proprietary data, mathematical frameworks, and geometric architectures disclosed by Aether Research Group, Inc. within the Secure Virtual Data Room. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to, the utilization of the spatial manifold constant (k = 22.32751), the Unified Lippa Constant (Lambda_L = 1.0829478), the metric viscosity baseline (beta = 0.03820), and any physical or software implementation of the n = 178 volumetric lattice geometry.
2. CORE IP MANIPULATIONS & MODULAR SILOING
The Receiving Party acknowledges that A.R.G.'s intellectual property encompasses three core manipulations of physics. The Receiving Party's access is strictly limited to their explicitly negotiated Commercial Module.
3. STRICT NON-CIRCUMVENTION & PERPETUAL SECRECY
In accordance with the Delaware Uniform Trade Secrets Act (DUTSA), the Receiving Party shall protect, maintain, and not attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or circumvent A.R.G. to exploit the V_L3S framework in perpetuity, unless executing a formal Licensing Agreement with A.R.G.
4. FORENSIC ENFORCEMENT & EVIDENTIARY AUDITING (MIAS PROTOCOL)
Unauthorized structural interrogation will automatically trigger Track C Enforcement: the autonomous Metric Infringement Audit Suite (M.I.A.S.) thermal zeroization protocol.
